Registration Information

Teachers only are allowed to pre-register students for the audition. Please speak with your teacher about registering for the event.

If you are not pre-registered, you may come to late registration. Late registration will open at 10:30 AM. Your teacher must be present at the auditions in order for you to audition.
Audition Day Information​

The school will be opened at 8:15 AM; sorry, we cannot accommodate any earlier arrivals.

Students will report to registration, then your warm up room (MS in the cafeteria, HS students in the gym.)

The numbers on the name tag are the student's audition order.

Students should bring instruments, rosin, extra strings, cello belts/rock stops and anything else they might need for the audition. Music stands are provided in the audition rooms, but will not be provided in the warm-up rooms.

There will be teachers available if you need help tuning.

Parents are welcome to accompany their students to the school, but we ask that you stay in the warm up areas. Parents are not allowed to go down audition halls for any reason. Any parent who refuses to comply risks forfeiting his/her student's audition.

There are a number of restaurants available close to the school, however, if your child leaves and misses his/her audition time, he/she will automatically be placed at the end of the day.

We have quite a large number of students and try to get them through as quickly as possible, but it does take several hours. Your patience is appreciated so we can give each child the best audition conditions possible.
